Before Izuku Midoriya can take the next step toward becoming a hero, All Might gives his ambition a physical project: clear a beach buried in discarded rubbish. The preparation comes before inheriting One For All. This is a training sequence with an unusually concrete before-and-after image. The shoreline changes as Izuku works, so effort becomes visible in the world around him as well as in his developing readiness.
The emotional force comes from being taken seriously. A young person whose dream seemed unreachable receives a mentor’s belief and a task connected to that belief. Hypekage reads this as the beginning of a training identity: moving from admiring a possibility to making space for it in ordinary days. The beach is a fictional story device, not a recommendation to move unsafe waste or copy Izuku’s workload. The useful connection is a meaningful project with a clear reason behind it.
